Sunday Morning and Wednesday Instructor, Studio Owner

I am proud to be able to offer yoga that is accessible and affordable at our cozy studio. I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years and still gain so many benefits physically and mentally, that I wanted to carry on this original Yoga Space mission. I have been teaching since 2020 and continue myself to learn more about the benefits of yoga each time I head to my mat. My goal is always for attendees to feel a little better when they leave than they did when they arrived.

I came to Yoga many years ago and loved the way it felt in my body. As a lifelong runner, I know the benefits of moving the body daily, and Yoga was a compliment to that. I was certified to teach Yoga in 2009 with Bhumis Yoga in Columbia Station. I have been grateful to share my love of the practice and its many benefits through the years. I believe Yoga is for everyone and hope to make classes welcoming for all, simply linking breath with movement and hopefully feeling better when you leave than before you came

Sunday and Monday Evening Class Instructor

I have loved practicing all types of yoga for the past 30 years. It has helped me stay in shape, decrease my anxiety and aided in supporting and healing some injuries in the past. Most of all, it has taught me to breathe deeply and evenly. Yoga is a process that starts in the body and moves deeper in your soul once you learn to connect the movement with the breath. My goal for teaching is to assist others to find that connection. As a mother to four adult children, I want to be an example on how yoga can be a lifestyle that can move with us through our lifetime no matter our age. I love both slow and intense yoga formats, from Yin to Yoga Sculpt. Off the mat I enjoy riding my bike, weight lifting, walks in the park and spending time with my husband and my two sweet cats.

I am a yoga teacher, sound healer, Reiki Master and health practitioner specializing in women's pelvic health.  My classes and sound healing sessions offer an opportunity to develop a deeper sense of embodiment, to find freedom and contentment in your own body.

Thursday Class Instructor

I have been practicing yoga for 20+ years and have been teaching since 2013.

I have training in chair yoga, breath-centered hatha yoga and yin yoga. I have had the pleasure of teaching classes for the general public, classes at senior centers, classes designed specifically for people with early stage dementia, and classes for their care partners. I believe wholeheartedly in the healing power of listening deeply to the wisdom within each of us

through the practice of yoga and love to share this practice with others.
