Sunday

Sunday Morning Stretch - Donation based class - Lead by Sharon

8:00 am - 9:00 am 

The focus of this 60-minute class will be slow gentle stretching along with a slow flow, moving with the breath

​Yoga for the People - Donation based class - Lead by Sharon

10:00 am - 11:00 am

This is our Sunday blended style class. We start out slow with some gentle stretching to warm up, and then a vinyasa style practice in which we move through a series of poses following the breath. We will finish up with a guided relaxation.

​

​Yin & Restorative - Lead by Cyndi   

7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

This 75-minute class starts with a breath practice, moves through yin and restorative poses, and ends with a group meditation. Hot stones and mini massages will be offered. This is a great class to end your weekend or start your week!

Monday

Yoga Sculpt  - Lead by Cyndi  

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

This 60-minute class will incorporate resistance bands and hand weights to strengthen and tone while also increasing metabolism. Participants are asked to bring their own hand weights, all other equipment is provided. No experience is necessary.

Tuesday

Flow - Lead by Eileen 

11:00 am - 12:15 pm

This 75-minute class is all about gentle movements and following your breath, finishing with a guided relaxation to set yourself up for a great afternoon. Accessible to most people.

​

​Blended - Lead by Eileen

6:30 pm - 7:45 pm

This 75-minute class is part stretching and lengthening the muscles and part flow, moving with the breath. These classes can also be an opportunity to try a new challenging pose or series. This class finishes up with a guided relaxation and is accessible to most people.

Wednesday

Stretch and Flow - Lead by Sharon 

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

This 60-minute class starts with gentle stretching and then a nice slow flow to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged for the rest of your day

6:00 pm - 7:15 pm

This 75-minute class is part stretching and lengthening our muscles and part flow, moving with the breath. These classes can also be an opportunity to try a new challenging pose or series. This class finishes up with a guided relaxation and is accessible to most people.​​​​​​​

​Saturday

Vin / Yin - Lead by Cyndi

11:00am - 12:00pm

This is a hybrid style class that combines Vinyasa (dynamic, flowing sequences) and Yin Yoga (passive, longer-held stretches). It aims to offer a balanced practice that energizes the body through Vinyasa and then promotes deep relaxation and flexibility with Yin.​

​

As a courtesy to everyone who attends class, please be 5-10 minutes early to get settled in.

Classes are open to everyone 16 years and older. Classes will start promptly at stated start time.
