Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath with our experienced teacher, Megan. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience where participants lay down and let the vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal bowls and gongs, wash over them.

Breathwork Workshop
Saturday, October 25

Breathwork is the practice of using intentional breathing techniques to influence your physical, emotional, and mental state. Referred to in yoga as “pranayama” a Sanskrit word meaning ‘control of the breath’. Prana – energy (breath) and yama – control of, or cultivating energy through your breath. Breathwork can help to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and create a deeper sense of connection with yourself. In this breathwork workshop, we’ll journey inward using the power of the breath as a gateway to presence, healing, and expanded awareness. Students will be guided through various breathing techniques including seated postures and a beginner style vinyasa flow, followed by time for Q&A
