This will be a 2 hour practice aimed at getting out of your head and into your body! Soma relates to the physical body, as being distinct from the mind. To move intuitively and experience the body through your senses, is somatic movement. In addition to moving the physical body, we will utilize specific breath practices to optimize nervous system regulation. Having a regulated nervous system ensures that the body can effectively adapt to internal and external stimuli, to maintain balance.

Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath

6:30pm - 7:45pm  with Megan

 

Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of a sound bath with our experienced teacher, Megan. A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience where participants lay down and let the vibrations of various instruments, such as crystal bowls and gongs, wash over them.
